We are planning to build a custom application (custom tables, custom workflows) and understand that we need an App Engine v2 subscription for creating and using custom tables in production.
However, I am confused about per-user licensing:
Does the App Engine v2 subscription include any user licenses?
Are there separate user licenses specifically for custom applications?
Or do users still need the same licenses like ITIL (Fulfiller) / Approver / Requester to create, update, or approve records in custom tables?
In short: How does App Engine licensing relate to per-user licensing for custom applications?
