Service Portal and azure linux integration

I have created a service portal in snow for linux tasks, in order to complete those tasks we need linux environment so i want to use azure envionment from snow so when user start task incident will get created for that task and same time azure linux environment should gets open how can i achieve this, is it possible if yes how
