stuck at login change password

unable to change password.

 

State that the current password is incorrect.

 

I gotten the password earlier in the day in my servicenow email, yet that password is incorrect.

 

I'm getting annoyed, there is no option on that page to resend a ned code or temp password.

Is it a PDI? If yes, go to the Developer site and reset the password

Look in the attachment that option is not there and everything else is greyed out

You can't do it right now, as your PDI plugin is still being activated. Once it's done, then try again.

I found the solution, Thank you again.

 

When i did a reset a new password was sent yet was not showing in my main folder yet in another folder within my email. Im. in now.
