To occupy the blank space of the hidden variables by another variables in variable set

As shown in the screenshot i have variables in the variableset (which are divided by container split)variables into the left are hidden by ui policy , and the variable at the right needs to occupy the blank place.

That is not a possible case. The UI policy hides that particular field, and no other record can take that place. This is the expected behavior.

It is not possible to make the right variable fill the space of the hidden variable in the left column within a Container Split, as this is a design limitation of the standard ServiceNow form.
The best practice is to accept whitespace or rethink the layout to avoid fixed columns where content is often hidden
