Track of error message on the form

Hi all,
I have an error message poping up when ever i submit a form based on some condition. 
But when i try to find the source of error message on form, I'm not able to find it.

I tried with studio , all the scripts (client , BR, UI policy , message, data policy ) I'm not getting that error message.
can any help me on this . let me know if I'm missing anything while searching.

Im getting this on the Security incident form , when the severity is not "no incident" or severity 3 . then the response task will be created , after creating it this error mess will pop-up

This ACL error, means you need the required role and then you can work, bcz ITSM Incident and SIR Incident need separate roles.

True , there are separate roles 
But still the error message should be there rtg , i chked on ACL i did not find
