Track of error message on the form

Hi all,
I have an error message poping up when ever i submit a form based on some condition. 
But when i try to find the source of error message on form, I'm not able to find it.

I tried with studio , all the scripts (client , BR, UI policy , message, data policy ) I'm not getting that error message.
can any help me on this . let me know if I'm missing anything while searching.

It may be in any BR, so you need to give sn_si_admin role to the user.
