UI Action button to send a email with form details attached as pdf

Hi,

 

We want to create a button on a form that sends out an email to person with the pdf of the form details/current record details attached. 

Ideally what we would like to have is that on a click of a button, if we can get a email pop up with the pdf of the current record attached so that the user can just enter To, cc, subject etc. and hit send if they want to.

How can we go about achieving this ?

What is the use case of this? It can be doable, but need to build a good coding and customization.
