I'm trying to enable NLU and do test on PDI, unable to enable NLU in PDI getting this error "Please upgrade to access all features. Contact your account executive for more information"

To my knowledge PDI can use any services for free. So instead of using the out-of-the-box 'Lite' version, go to plugins and install "Glide Virtual Agent" . It should give you access to all features.
