User not able to view FLOW/FLOW action execution details

We have upgraded to Xanadu yesterday and since then user not been able to view FLOW/FLOW action execution details.
Getting the below error when trying to access execution details: The action details for this flow have been removed by security constraints. (image attached below)

We also added the "fd_read_operations" role to the ACL below
