Users having problems initializing the instance.

Hello, can you help me?

My users are having a problem accessing the platform daily.

They need to clear the browser cache daily for the connection to be established.

This is no longer an attractive experience for the user, but the scenario gets worse when this becomes necessary during the execution of some activity, depending on the connections that occur during the work.

The problems and warnings that I captured via the console were these:

problem: braworkflowdev.service-now.com/uxasset/externals/polaris-app-shell/index.jsdbx

problem: failed to fetch dynamically imported

warning: The resource https://braworkflowprod.service-now.com/uxasset/set-cache-buster/1711240330105.js
was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally.

warning: The search Contexts do not match the
glide.ui.polaris.ais_ready value. Please update system properties

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello-First, I would recommend you remove the instance name from your post. It's generally best practice not to share that information publicly.  Secondly, I would recommend putting in a support case for this issue if you have not done so already. I think they will be in the best position to assist you with this.
