I am looking to create a general form that has a series of questions. Once that gets filled out and submitted, I would like to use logic and automation that sends out an additional form based on a value of the previous form filled out. Unsure if this is possible within AES and/or how to go about that within the flow. I am new at AES and Development and learning as I go. Thanks.

Hi @Ali28
May i know what do you mean by
sends out an additional form based on a value of the previous form filled out
In Flow many things are possible and something this as well, but if you provide more details that will be good.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Correct. I have been trying multiple ways in AES, my current trail is I extended the task table with all questions from both forms. Saved two forms within that data and now trying to show both forms in the logic and automation so I can reference both. However, either I am not grabbing the correct Trigger, or I should not extend the task table. Process I would like is my one form to be filled out, once that is filled out, another form gets sent out and once filled out, attached to the original.
