Voice Interaction Resource. Which role shall token have

I create interaction with 'POST /cs/voice-interactions' from the openframe, then trying to add messages with 'POST /cs/voice-interactions/{interactionId}/messages' from the backend server, but getting 403 Forbidden for every call. 

Is there any role/group which can allow posting messages to the interaction id?
