What domain should I work for scoped app? global? Default?

Hello.

 

I'm new to domain separation environment.

I'm working on scoped application implementation and the application should not be domain separated.

Then should I work on global domain rather than on Default?

I will work on global domain because I do not want changes for the scoped application to be domain separated
