Why tags are not visible

The tags were shared to the group in which I was present but still I am not able to see those in my tags module as well as in add tag option . Could you pls help me to resolve this asap

No this is not the exact issue I am facing , I am not able to view the tags anywhere (In my tags module, in list view, form view etc) though it is shared to the group in which I am the member , not only me all the members in the group are facing this.
Kindly help me with this ASAP pls
