Any work done in App Engine Studio will be available once this license is reinstated. To reinstate your App Engine license, contact your ServiceNow admin.

No need to worry — this is a known issue with PDIs at the moment. Please try the following steps:
Recommended Steps

Log in to developer.servicenow.com

Go to your Profile
-
Select Change User Role
-
Change the role from AES to admin
-
Save the changes
-
Log out and log back into your PDI
If the issue still persists, release the instance and provision a new one.
This behavior has been reported quite frequently recently. Since PDIs don’t have official support, it might take a few tries — but please keep trying.
Workaround (if it still doesn’t work)

Assign the admin role
-
Log out and log back in
-
Assign the AES role
-
Then, reassign the admin role again
This sequence has worked in some cases.
If it still doesn’t work, release the instance and request a new PDI with a lower version (XANADU) , and then upgrade it to the latest version afterwards.

Release PDI and get a lower version PDI. There is no other workaround for now.
