In my early ServiceNow career, I had to take ServiceNow from zero to hero, with very little funds, and no clear executive vision. While I was successful, I *REALLY* wish I would have had access to the Customer Success Navigator at the time. This free tool from ServiceNow is worth tens of thousands in consulting and education dollars.
