Hi,
I am upgrading my instances from Washington to Yokohama version , in Yokohama I find that ACL without any roles are not working. We have multiple ACL for end user which don't have any roles, as the end users in my instance don't have any roles, can you please let me know is there any workaround or solution for this scenario, is adding public role cause security risk.
Regards
Priyesh

Hello @priyeshm
See ACL having no role is risky thing, better to add snc_internal role as this role is usually granted to enduser when they are onboarded in instance. Putting public role is not advisable in ACL.

Hello @priyeshm
For this role you need to enable plugin called Explicit Role (com.glide.explicit_roles)
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/csh?topicname=explicit-role-plugin.html&version=latest
