Agent Chat Issue

As a member of IT Service Desk I use Agent Chat every day and today When I receive a chat from end users, I am unable to send the reply.I am unable to input any text in and the send button is greyed out .and sometimes nothing appears in active chat. Please help me sort out the issue

Could you provide a screenshot of the issue? BTW, are you an admin in the instance?
