Does anyone have a good set of example architecture principles which they have developed for a customer or client? In the process of defining a set based on TOGAF across infrastructure, application, security, integration and data.

Yes, it is 🙂 I always use this ServiceNow "Bibble" PPT, there are lots of useful information and you can easily re-use it anywhere in your own project.
