As a partner, I'm unable to access highspot and access narrative

Dear Architect,

I post directly in this forum as I was unable to find any useful information in any other community.

I work as presales consultant and normally we use the demohub to access narrative for demonstration.

I'm contacting you because we used to have access to a portal called highspot.

This portal allowed us to download demo narrative.

However, this portal has disappeared and has been replaced by the Partner Success Center.

I'd like to know where I can find the demo narratives for the presales consultants, because today we no longer have access to them and this is very problematic.

I find an answer to my question based on Now Support feedback.

I think the best way to resolve your problem is to directly contact the support with this specific Service for DemoHub troubleshoothing.

The team that manage this ticket is dedicated to Demohub.

Apparently my instance was missing a system property that allows Vancouver narratives to be searched and installed in the instance. This property has been added and a DemoHub sync was performed by Support team afterwards to ensure the availability of the reported content.

Then the attachments is visible directly in the Demohub (you don't need to download on Highspot or other portal) as you can see in the attached screenshot.

@Lucien Maik is sharing the latest. Don't forget to remove the previous bookmarks you had for this site, as I've also found content on ServiceNow Support KB articles or NOW Create assets that's still referencing the broken highspot portal link. I've been able to find the accurate asset on the new partner success portal with some search and find efforts :), but wanted to share.

Can you share for example a link to the narrative ?

I try to explore within PSC and I don't find any narrative.

I upgrade DemoHub but link are broken (they lead to DemoHub : https://demohub.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/dsp?nar_sys_id=90e50a909785b1103e7f...).

I don't have access to this tool, it seems it's only for ServiceNow employee.

How do you access narrative from your DemoHub homepage or on the PSC ?
