Hi SN Community,
I need some assistance with a use case that my company is trying to solve.
We want our customers to be able to schedule an appointment for a specific catalog item. The caveat is that we want the appointment slots to be linked to the staff's schedule. I've tried Workforce Optimization but was told by ServiceNow that is not the right path. They said to use FSM Agent Calendar and I'm also using Appointment Bookings. I can't seem to configure the appointment booking module to look at the FSM Agent calendar.
Any other ideas to solve this use case?

I think you can leverage the FSM Agent Schedules (from Agent Calendar) and use those schedules as input to dynamically generate available slots for Appointment Booking. Then, customize or extend the slot generation logic of Appointment Booking to reference FSM availability.
