Best way to associated environment to CI in CMDB

I need to associate environments with CI i.e. servers, DB .

Which is the best way to associate environments to CI .

I have the same problem, user can see the cmdb_ci_environment table, they can even create records in cmdb_environment_to_ci, but hey cannot see the cmdb_environment_to_ci records in the related list of a CI.

Even stranger, both tables have NO ACL's so they should be visible. Any Clues?

add ACL to this table as ITIL and it will be availble to everyone
