Can we highlight the VIP caller Value to red color?

How can we add or highlight the caller value when VIP is selected same as in the fulfiller incident form?

 

In the service operation workspace form, I want to change the font color of the field value when a VIP user is selected under the caller field. Is it possible to achieve this? Can anyone suggest how to make this happen?

Check your SOW is on the latest version. Now go to WS and create new incident where the caller is VIP.

I need to clarify my requirements from your example. Can we change the font color of George Warren to red instead of displaying the VIP tag?

I doubt we can change the color, it is not coming from field style and I did not explore this via UI builder but look like it is in core code and we cant change.
