Hi @Jayanthi3
Greetings!!
The Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is one of the most prestigious certifications in ServiceNow. To pursue the CTA, I recommend having solid hands-on experience of at least 5-6 years, working across various modules, and gaining a deep understanding of the platform before applying.
When it comes to the question of being "non-technical," my perspective is that in ServiceNow, roles are either technical or functional, but not entirely non-technical.
Here are a few useful posts/resources to explore:

Hello @Jayanthi3
The prerequisites for the CTA program are as follows:
At least three years of ServiceNow implementation experience
Experience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilities
Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines ( ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM,etc.)
So you should work for three years in different implementation projects (in the process you can also complete implementation and CSA,CAD certifications)
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra

Quick question on the experience requirements…. How are hours measured, reported and verified?
is there a look back period?
