Hi,
I created some CIs and Users could not find it when submitting Change Request. What do I do at this point please?

Check if your CI is meeting the reference qualifier conditions on the field.

It sounds like the CIs might not be properly linked or visible in the Change Request form. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot:
Check CI Visibility: Ensure the CIs are correctly associated with the Change Request.
Update Related Lists: Go to the CI record and check the Related Lists section. Add the "Change Requests" related list if it's missing.
Personalize Form: Customize the form to ensure the "Change Requests" related list is visible.
