How do you determine the CI location if CI is a circuit that has been cut/outage between two locations?

cmdb_ci_site is usually a good starting class for the locations and cmdb_ci_circuit for the circuit details. I like to usually find one of those "starting class" and then review details under class manager to make sure it is it the right fit.
Depending on your modules you may even have cmdb_ci_network_circuit as an option.

I think I have the answer to my previous ask. For any outage related to telecom equipment, there should be 3 locations.
1. Location of the caller
2. Location of impacted users
3. Location of actual outage
My question was regarding #3, and I think the information related to outage/circuit cut in the middle of no where will come from the service provider such as AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, etc. They will have the accurate coordinate value of the outage.
Thanks everyone for your reply.
Regards,
Vikas

For number 3 that is where the CMDB_CI_SITE or CMDB_CI_CIRCUIT comes in. The site is associated to the physical location and from that you should see a relationship of the circuits. That will identify the highest level of impact to focus on monitoring or fixing.
