Cloud catalog in ServiceNow for auto provision

Hello Experts,

Can anyone put some thoughts please on this.

If Cloud Accelerate resolves the issue or any other option (as much to avoid custom solution if not at all possible)

We need to auto provision via DevOps CI/CD Pipeline , is there a way to have this integrated   with ServiceNow. We need to build the catalog here to submit the request and approvals to hit the CI/CD Pipeline.

Does Cloud ACcelerate resolves this and we do not need to build the template in ServiceNow then ? or any other spoke available to do this ?
