Curious as to level of effort and feasibility of creating a report and dashboard for all scoped apps, scoped app names, and their respective release numbers, in each environment, including Dev, Test, and Production. Has this been done before, if not - is it feasible, and open to ideas and recommendations for making it real. Currently have to manually open and take note of each release in each environment to keep track in a spreadsheet.
