I would be interested to know if anyone has tried to use ServiceNow to provide data governance features, ala Collibra or Alation, and whether a module add-on from ServiceNow exists to address this. Features such as active data dictionary, business glossary, data asset access requests and management, data lineage, data trust scoring and commenting, etc. We use ServiceNow presently for general ITSM but are looking for these data governance capabilities, and would prefer to use ServiceNow for this purpose if possible.
