Hi Experts,

If any one has any input on below point.

Since Device-42 is capable of auto discovers & manage data for various cloud customer tenants.But after reviewing the Device 42  connector  we are not seeing any mapping for Device 42 Cloud company tenant and service now company/domain as our service now is also Domain Separated. So this may lead to change the device 42 connector  Transform Maps sitting at Service-Now end.

Any one has implemented CMDB load as per service Now domains ?

Adding my observations here so it may help others in future.

Few Points which is Critical 

(1) Had Meeting With Vendor - Current Device 42 Connector is not designed  for Domain Separated Service Now.

(2) Current D-42 Connector which will PUMP data to Service Now CMDB is limited to Only 5 Classes. For Other you need to Customize the connector Again. 

I see a lot of Improvisation is needed in D-42 Connector to Integrate Service Now CMDB.
