Hi Support,
We have MSP setup with service now URL- msp.service-now.com
We are implementing a customers' ITSM in same instance as separate
domain with customized Forms for IM , PM and CM. We will also use
Multi SSO plugin for integration with IDP's which will belong to
different customers. So my query is on URL branding...
I am aware that Multi SSO will have URL appended with Glide record
of Customer.- /login_with_sso.do?glide_sso_id=<sys_id of the sso configuration
so initial URL will same and post fix will vary as per provider.
My questuion is can we brand service now URL in domain separated instance
considering SSO in scope too.
Example right now for MSP- mspxyz.service-now.com
In same MSP setup we have a customer pqr so can we make URL look like
pqr.service-now.com
How its possible?
Regards
RP

Just want to Add one point here - Some how its possible in London Release but Not In Kingston release.
In the London release we have a plugin called "Custom URL". This URL makes it possible to create multiple CNAME redirects to the same instance. So effectively allowing to create Custom URLS to will connect to the instance.

No, we do not support this kind of setup (multiple URLs for one instance).
The only part you can control is the context behind the FQDN. so you could have a msp.service-now.com/customerA and msp.service-now.com/customerB. These are entry points to a service portal though, not the native UI.
