Do we have training and certification application available in ServiceNow to store user certifications details,due date ,etc?

Hi Afifa,

There is a Skill module available in ServiceNow which specifies the Skill level of the user like L1, L2, L3 etc.

Please find the below documentation link to know more about it :

You can probably customize and add additional field to this table to store the user certifications, Due date etc.
