Hello everyone,
I would like to know if a partial blackout is possible to set in ServiceNow.
If I have two different alerts on the same CI but I would like to set up maintenance for just one of them and automate it.
For example: If on my server I have one alert for CPU and another on for the RAM, I would like to put in maintenance CPU and not RAM.
How can I do that ?
