Hi, Is there any way to show the incident data  on portal or platform UI to end user  which were not raised by them without consuming any license?

A Portal is one way that an end user can log an incident and see his/ her own incident without consuming any licence.

Who is WE here? is fulfiller or incident manager or end user?

 

Fulfiller can see the data in native view.
