How can I fetch incidents that were handled by Network Assignment users,

Hi @ted46_559 

Not that straightforward. If you are looking for historical data, there isn’t a direct way. But you can go through metrics and, in those metrics, use the assignment group. Here, when the group is 'Network', it refers to the work done only by that assignment group, as I assume

you can use OOTB metric of Assignment Group on incident table OR create a new one for your case
