Hi Experts,
Does ServiceNow supports non human users?
I went through https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/users-and-group...
Web service access only - Is this configuration parameter that distinguishes between human account and non-human account?
Thanks in advance!!!

Hi @Ajit
Seems you are talking about Service Accounts.
Create a services account in ServiceNow. Login to ServiceNow and navigate to system security > users and groups > users. Click on New.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Atul,
Thanks for the response. I am interested in non-human users, i.e bot user. How we can differentiate in normal user and bot user.
Thanks
Ajit

The Web service Access is the only option.
This bot user will used for integration or for any other purpose? By naming convention like last name _bot or something you can use to differenate.
