How to redirect to Service catalog when creating Request from Incident form

Hi All, 

I need your help.

In ServiceNow  i want to  create a request from the incident form in agent workspace. In our instance it is  redirecting to Standard change. I want to change it to "Service Catalog".

Hi @HARITHA KHAREED 

 

I am not using the Agent Workspace, I am using the SOW and when i tried this ( Request from Inc) it take me to catalog page. Might be you need to check the UI action and see is it mentioned in code to redirect to Standard change catalog only.
