Import Alert Correlation or Alert Management Rules from Legacy tool to SN

Hello,

I have a requirement to move around 20K plus rules ( Similar to Alert Correlation/Alert Management rules) from client legacy tool to SN Event Management module. Is there a way to do it directly or do we need to manually build all the rules in SN.

Hi @Rahul115,

Just shooting an idea in the bush, but can you not create transform maps to bring those rules into ServiceNow? I understand the import won't be straightforward forward but if you can map the fields across with the right conditions it can work.
