When requesting the IP Address information for our instances on the Now Support automation store, we're provided with a limited list of IP addresses for outbound connections.
Does anyone know whether these IP addresses are shared with other ServiceNow tenants in the data centre or whether they are specific to only our instances?

Hi Tim-
In general/typical situations these are shared by multiple customers hosted on the same infrastructure - SN also recommends allow-listing broader SN IP ranges to accomodate instnace movement, failovers- indicating these are shared Infra level IPs.
Should you be in a need of specific IP- execute the integrations via a MID server or via VPN.

Reach out to NowSupport with this question. Any answer will be a guess. Even someone who already asked the question in the past, could be in a different situation than you are.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the response, I have already logged a case with them. Why would answers given here be a guess? We're not doing anything particularly special, so I assumed most customers would be in similar situations.

Because of that: 'most customers would be in similar situations'. Most is not all and with everything going on in the data centers, your situation could be different from mine. Depending on contract/industry, differences could exist. Only ServiceNow can tell you exactly what your situation is. Probably similar to others, but being 99.9 percent sure is still not completely sure.
