Knowledge Management Dashboard - Top Searches

Hello All,

Good Morning. How are you?

We have a knowledge management dashboard in our servicenow instance.

In that dashboard, we do have titles named "Top Searches - All", "Top Searches - Knowledge", "Top Searches - Catalog Item", "Top Searches - Incident",etc.

I am not sure where to locate these titles in our servicenow instance.

Do let me know where to find these?

Can you share a screenshot on what are you referring to. There is an OOTB knowledge dashboard as well, are you referring to that?

Generically, You can look at below modules to check for the reports:

1. https://instance-name.service-now.com/pa_widgets_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_... 

2. https://instance-name.service-now.com/sys_report_list.do?sysparm_userpref_module=10194860c611227a017... 

Replace instance -name with your instance name and check
