Hi community, I want researching about ServiceNow License, what kind of licenses are available ?
and I read somewhere there are

Unrestricted user license

Requestor license

Approver license

Fulfiller license

can anyone explain above please, about those licenses.

Unrestricted user license - Admin

Requestor license - End User 

Approver license - Stakeholder license to approve the Change and Service Request

Fulfiller license - Support user license to resolve the requester issues.

If we say, all roles in SN is like a licence. The cost no one can tell except Sale team.

Unrestricted user license - System Admin

Requestor license - Can be End user 

Approver license - Business Stake holder/ Approver

Fulfiller license - ITIL  or module specific read / write role

or do the Now Learning training.
