My organisation has been providing fulfiller license through multiple groups and the ITIL license is contained with in many other roles like demand, and this has been in place for many years. The same with SPM roles where users are inheriting it through many groups and contained roles. Removing fulfiller from a contained role caused chaos as the inheritance from other groups broke the inheritance. Is there a way for us to only gove it to the right people both fulfiller and SPM roles without impacting user experience ? Basically undo what has been happening for almost ten years.

@AndersBGS  - Basically I am looking for a approach to  remove historically inherited roles from multiple groups and multiple roles and have users inherit ITIL and SPM roles from one group.

Hi @deepaksikkantha There is no direct way to do this. The ITIL role is very common and is inherited by many other roles, so you would need to open each role one by one and remove it manually.
But what’s the business case for removing the inherited role? You may break the system if something goes wrong
