Good morning everyone,
I've created a maintain item with a simple flow in which an sc_task isn't created. In the flow, I set the request status to "Open" once the request is made, but it's constantly forced to "Delivered." I've consulted the documentation, and it seems that since I don't have a sc_task, I think there's an automatic process that converts the RITM to delivered when the SCTASKs are completed. Since there aren't any, it counts that part as completed and therefore sets the RITM to delivered. I've reviewed BR, UI Policies, and Client Script without any luck. Any ideas?

Hi,
By the image you provided it seems you are setting at least one stage (between action 8-9) on the Item.
I cannot say which, because the image is cropped, but a fair guess is that it's the delivered stage.
So if you want it to reach another stage, you will need to change that one, or remove it, depending on your needs.
