Is there a way to connect powerbi.com to a service now instance?

We host our reports in powerBI.com and would like to have additional reports that draw data from our service-now instance.

Please do not connect a BI tool directly to ServiceNow. This can severely impact its performance. It is better to build a replica database, either on-premise or in Azure/AWS, and connect Power BI there. Please use a tool such as SnowMirror which knows how to replicate the data effectively.
