Need to make field editable on Agent workspace

Under Incident details we have a tab user details , once we click on that under related list we are able to see Assets which are mapped to the  user, so we need to add couple of fields inside this tab and it should be editable for ITIL users.

 

When we are trying to do that we are getting below error.

 

"This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator"

 

If anyone have any idea , please share your inputs

Have you tried modifying the UI policy/client script on workspace view?
