Our security team is asking ServiceNow IP address.
In stats.do I see different IP compared to the ones I see in support portal (under autoamtion store - Find my IP address).
Whats the difference between those IPs?

Hi, taking a look at a few prod and dev instances I have available to me,
the only IP address I see in stats.do is always a class A address (10.255.255.255) in the first section (which covers instance configuration and status). As class A IP addresses are private\not routable, this would seem to be an SNC internal reference and should have no relevance to your use of the platform or routing to\from it.
Meaning this address can be disregarded and the only IP addresses I believe your security team should need\be interested in are the public addresses available via the SNC support IP information automation.

HI @Suggy ,
I trust you are doing great.
ServiceNow has created an automated workflow for customers and partners to obtain IP and datacenter information about the instances they manage at any time.
To view IP and Datacenter information for a specific instance follow these steps:
- Navigate to Now Support
- Click Automation Store
- Go to All Automations, Service Catalog, Instance Management click on My IP Information
- Choose the instance
- Click on Submit.
