ServicenNow Instance Backup shared by ServiecNow in MySqlDumb

ServiceNow is proving Backup of their instance in MySql Dumb format but i can only import it in AWS RDS as that the only tool available with me or i can import it in Microsoft SQL.

 

But since ServiceNow provide Data Dumb in Mysql format i am not able to restore it in the option i have.

 

Can someone help me and share other options i can use.

Hi,

You need to find solution in the respective database forums. There are some solution for AWS RDS, if you any other solution then reach to respective database team
