I have recently discovered that we need a 3rd party translation service to effectively install Dynamic Translation. With that in mind, I found that Google, MS Azure & IBM are listed in SN Docs. What are your experiences using these services? What seems to work best? Is there another service that people have been successful with? Thanks.

@fnatividad,
So the usage of MT's in general is quite a vast topic, especially when it comes to the cloud MT's available. It's not necessarily fair to say one is better than another, as it depends on what your content type is vs what the models are trained on (meaning, there is a maturity curve when it comes to the usage of MT's in the industry). It also comes down to what language pairs are in use (e.g. English > French is a "language pair" as is English > Japanese),
If you're curious of some gotcha's or common scenarios, I detail some in my "In Platform Language Support Guide" blog post. Ultimately our suggestion would be that you test them out with some example content with some in-house native speakers. You can test:
- Google for free here - > https://translate.google.com/
- Microsoft for free here -> https://www.bing.com/translator
I also have a blog post about the pros and cons of MT use in general here,
And if you'd like to discuss further, feel free to send me an email and we can discuss in a call if necessary,
Many thanks,
Kind regards
