We have onboarded multiple customers in our Domain separated instance. Each customer want to have custom URL.
Our present URL is like "https://ABCD.service-now.com"
With custom URL plugin offered by ServiceNow, can I achieve the following?
Customer enters this | Expectation |
https://customerA.service-now.com | Should take the user to https://ABCD.service-now.com |
https://customerB.service-now.com | Should take the user to https://ABCD.service-now.com |
https://customerA.service-now.com/abc | Should take the user to 'ABC' portal |
https://customerB.service-now.com/def | Should take the user to 'DEF' portal |
https://customerNEW.service-now.com | https://ABCD.service-now.com/login_with_sso.do?glide_sso_id=[Sys ID for the Identity Provider] |

@Rahul Priyadars Hi Rahul, I saw that you had a similar requirement in past. Can you please let me know if my above requirement is feasible.
Thanks in advance!
