If you are using Normalization data services plugin, can you tell me your experience on the same.
We are using it, however, looks like ServiceNow is making updates to its content library. Since last 2 years, the downloaded count of companies is the same 😄
Also after our Discovery tools have populated the company/manufacturer table, I see a LOT of company names are not covered in the OOB mapping table [cds_client_mapping]
So again a lot of effort for us to do the manual mapping.
How are you managing the 'Company' normalization today?
